Aplicación de las Normas ISO 2859-1 e ISO 2859-2 en el control posicional de suministros de datos espaciales, aplicación al caso de puntos y líneas

En este trabajo se presenta un método para el control de la calidad posicional para suministros de datos espaciales, basado en la aplicación de las normas ISO 2859-1 e ISO 2859-2. Para ello, los errores posicionales son tratados como defectos posicionales y se aplica un método de conteo de errores que no está limitado por ninguna hipótesis subyacente relativa a un modelo estadístico que hayan de seguir los errores. Este marco introduce los riesgos de usuario y de productor en el control posicional de datos espaciales. Se ha establecido una relación entre los parámetros nivel de calidad aceptable y calidad límite que aparecen en las normas internacionales y la calidad posicional utilizando modelos de error observados. Para su aplicación se necesita determinar una tolerancia métrica (error máximo permitido) y un porcentaje de error. El método se puede aplicar al control de elementos puntuales, lineales o superficiales, y a suministros con entregas de datos aislados o en secuencia. Por último, y como ilustración, se presentan dos ejemplos de aplicación.References
