DATOS BIM: PROPUESTA DE ELEMENTOS DE LA CALIDAD Y MÉTODO DE CONTROL

El objetivo de este trabajo es proponer un modelo de calidad para los datos BIM y también un método para su control de calidad. La propuesta del modelo de calidad se realiza basada sobre dos bases: la experiencia en el campo de los datos espaciales (ISO 19157) y la experiencia en el campo de los datos de producto (ISO 8000). La propuesta del método de control se realiza sobre el método desarrollado por el NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology) de los Estados Unidos. Se presentan y desarrollan las bases estadísticas del método NIST y se incluyen ejemplos que permiten entender su aplicación en controles bien sobre variables, atributos o sobre variables y atributos de manera conjunta. Se realiza un análisis crítico de las dos propuestas. En el caso del modelo de calidad, se destaca su grado de inmadurez y la necesidad de contrastarlo en aplicaciones reales, y para el caso del método NIST su escaso grado de formalización.References
